Wurkkos D1 Canister Diving Light Introduction
Wurkkos D1 is a canister-style diving light designed for technical diving, cave exploration, underwater inspection, and rescue operations where extended runtime and multiple lighting options are required. The system combines a separate battery canister with a handheld light head connected by a 1.2-meter cable for stable underwater operation.
An adjustable Goodman handle provides secure handling, while the canister battery can be mounted on the waist or backplate system to reduce hand load during extended dives.


  • Multi-Light Source System
The D1 integrates multiple dedicated light sources for different underwater applications.
A LUMINUS SFT70 6000K LED provides the primary spot beam output, delivering concentrated white light for long-range visibility and target identification in low-visibility environments. It is suitable for cave navigation, wreck diving, diver signaling, and directional illumination underwater.
A 365nm UV LED (LUMINUS SST10) is included for fluorescence inspection and detection tasks. UV illumination can be used for equipment inspection, leak detection, and identifying fluorescent markings or materials during technical and maintenance operations.
A 660nm red LED (LUMINUS SST20) provides low-impact illumination that helps preserve night vision and reduces disturbance to marine life. It is suitable for close-range observation, underwater photography support, and low-light communication.
In addition, a 4× 5000K CRI90 LED array is used for flood illumination, producing a wide and natural-looking beam with improved color rendering. The flood output is suitable for close-range work, equipment handling, underwater surveying, and general area illumination.

The D1 combines a focused 8° spot beam with a wide 72° flood pattern to support different underwater conditions and diving tasks.
The narrow spot beam delivers concentrated long-range illumination for navigation, signaling, and maintaining visibility in caves, wrecks, and low-visibility water conditions. The D1 is powered by a sealed 31700mAh lithium battery canister designed for extended underwater operation. Depending on output mode, the system provides up to 32 hours of runtime and also supports reverse charging functionality.
